EJ softball sweeps Kingsley

EAST JORDAN - Shaina Peters and Randi McFall pitched shutout wins for the East Jordan softball team Thursday, in the Red Devils' sweep over Kingsley.

Peters pitched a four-hitter in the opener, striking out eight batters in the 2-0 win. Kayla Hines had the game-winning RBI. East Jordan scored one run in both the third and four innings.

McFall pitched a three-hitter in the second game and drove in a pair of runs in the 5-0 victory. Jenaye Chew added an RBI for the Devils, who scored all five runs in the fourth inning.
